Submit Your Session in Advance!

We recommend that you submit your session ahead of time to save you time and worry onsite.  But if, for any reason, you cannot upload your presentation ahead of time (or you make changes after you have arrived at the conference), please bring your session PPT on a Flash Drive to the Speaker Ready Room at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled Presentation.  We will accept presentations online until Friday, July 9!

 

At DevCon

Speakers should check-in at the Speaker Ready Room at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled presentation. If your presentation is early in the morning, we recommend checking in the day before. This will allow time to review and finalize your presentation. The computers in the Speaker Ready Room will be configured with hardware and software identical to the computers in the meeting rooms. We highly recommend that you review your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room to ensure a smooth presentation. Staff will be available to assist with technical issues.

 

The Speaker Ready Room is located in Captiva 1/2 at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center. The Speaker Ready Room will be open:

 

 

Blackboard will provide a standard AV support package for all sessions. Session rooms will be supplied with the equipment outlined below:
