Meeting space for BbWorld ’10 is conveniently located adjacent to the main hotel in the Gaylord Palms Convention Center with some additional meeting rooms located in the Emerald Bay Tower of the main Hotel.

The Exhibit Hall and meals will be located on the Exhibit Level (Lower Level), General Session and breakouts will be located on the Ballroom Level (Level 2) and workshops and some breakouts will be located in the Emerald Bay Tower meeting rooms. Please go to Registration (Level 2) to pick up your conference materials and get an up-to-date agenda with meeting room locations.
Conference Attire
Attire for BbWorld ’10 sessions and special events will be business casual. Since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort zones vary widely, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
Business Center Access at Gaylord Palms
The Ikon Business Center is located across from the dolphin fountain in the Convention Center offering convenient access to everything you need to get the job done. Services available include shipping, faxing, copying, office equipment rentals and even large document reproduction, offset printing and bindery services.
