Q: When will BbWorld Europe '09 registration open?
A: Registration is now open!
Q: How do I make a hotel reservation for BbWorld Europe '09?
A: Hotel information is now available. We recommend that you make hotel reservations through the BbWorld Europe '09 website in order to take advantage of our special discounted conference hotel rates.
Q: What is the attire for the conference?
A: Business Casual to Casual. We recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket for added warmth, as personal temperature preferences can vary.
Q: Are we allowed to bring guests to BbWorld Europe evening events?
A: Registered BbWorld Europe conference attendees and exhibitors are automatically invited to attend the social events at BbWorld Europe. Guests are welcome to attend, for an additional fee. See our registration page for more information.
Q: Who do I contact if I have special needs, such as wheelchair accessibility, specific dietary needs, etc.?
A: You should include those requests in the Special Needs section of the registration site.
Q: Where can I find speaker information?

Q: Can I register for an exhibit only pass?
A: No, at this time BbWorld does not offer exhibit only passes. One day registrations are available for a nominal fee, which grants access to all sessions, meals and social functions for the day.
